Whole30 Wednesday: Recipes We Have Tried and Loved!

Hello Y'all!

We are now officially into week 2 of Whole30! The biggest things I have noticed during the first seven days is one that I feel less bloated and don't have a food coma after dinner. The second is that we as a family are in the kitchen a LOT. Luckily all three of us are pretty kitchen capable people, so we have taken turns cooking and cleaning. The funniest part has been trying new recipes and ingredients. I don't know about you, but sometimes I get into a cooking rut of buying and making the same couple recipes, well during Whole30 we have been making good use of Pinterest! So I would share recipes we loved so far and some on the list to try this week.

Whole30 Sloppy Joe Bowls - Super simple, we did switch dates for raisins because we couldn't find dates at any grocery store. And it is a great recipe to double for lunches!

Egg Roll in a Bowl - This one was a crowd pleaser. If you don't like spice, the bowl is excellent without sauce too! And we loved this one so much it made the recipe list for this week also.

Grilled Pineapple Chicken - So we did not marinate it as directed but used the marinade as the sauce during the grilling process, and oh man that was some good chicken! We paired it with a side salad.

Recipes we are trying this week (along with some repeats and leftovers):

I am super excited about these and hope we make enough for leftovers!

If you have a favorite Whole30 recipe that we should try let me know! We would love suggestions! (Comment section is down while I fix the issue, please email or DM!)

Blessings from Hartsville,
